To meet and get to know the locals, your culture and way of life, and to make new friends along the journey, especially with people who share the same interest of travelling. I think Couchsurfing should be one of the coolest and most adventurous way to travel and make friends.

Make it three (has been busy lately...) 1) Attended my favourite bands' concerts while touring Taiwan, 3 concerts by 3 different artists, almost back to back, plus the music festival at Taipei 101 New Year Countdown. Had a rocking great time! 2) Watched the football team I love played at their home stadium in UK for the first time, twice! 3) Jumped out (literally) of my comfort zone & went skydiving in Australia. Crazy unforgettable experience of my life!

When I arrive at a new country, I always wanted to learn the local language and in return I can teach you mine - Malay and Chinese. Also wish to share tips, thoughts and experience of solo or budget travelling. Oh, and I play drums in my band, maybe I can teach you a beat or two!
