My boyfriend Simon and I both come from Christchurch, New Zealand. We have been working and travelling in Europe since October 2016. We head to Asia in September 2017 for our final 2 months of travelling. We love the outdoors, particularly hiking and swimming. We are very easy-going, friendly, polite and respectful people. Some of our best experiences on our year long travel have been the people we have meet through workaway and couchsurfing. We are so grateful for the opportunities that allow us to travel for a year on a small budget and can't wait to return the favour to other travellers when we get home. We are both passionate about health and the sustainability of our environment. We have been learning Italian and love any opportunities to practice. We have had some amazing European adventures, met wonderful people and hope to do the same in our final 3 weeks in Europe!

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
We have used workaway 4 times on our trip and it has provided the best experiences in our year of travelling in Europe. Staying with a local and working for them really gives you an authentic experience and appreciation of the lifestyle of those living in that town/country. With workaway you need more time than we have in our final month so couchsurfing is the next best way to meet locals, make friends and be immersed in the local culture.
