CURRENT MISSION casually wandering through Europe (especially Spain) for the semester ABOUT ME I am an outgoing, spontaneous, curious, responsible, and intelligent individual who continuously craves an intellectually-stimulating conversation or an adrenaline-provoking experience. I'm currently studying at the University of Murcia in Spain for the semester while also teaching English classes on the side. I'm hoping to get as close to fluency as possible by the start of the summer. Growing up in the Midwest in the United States, I rarely left my home state and never left the country (even for vacation) until I was 19 years old. I spent several months last year in Spain and Switzerland, which gave me the chance to visit many European countries. I'm back for Round 2 and I hope I get the opportunity to travel just as much this time! I feel like life is one big succession of challenges waiting for me to conquer and I think that each with each difficulty, I'm getting stronger, more mature, and certainly, more experienced. PHILOSOPHY Everything happens for a reason. Everything I have achieved thus far is because I've turned my dreams into reality. Strong believer in Karma. My ultimate goal in life is to be happy :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Hoping to surf as much as possible in the next three months! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I couchsurfed in Valencia for a weekend with two of my friends. Our host was the sweetest, most knowledgeable, and fun person I've ever met. I had a fantastic time and hope to couchsurf again in the near future!

Languages, art, music, psychology, sociology, animals, chocolate, cooking, going for walks, driving at 2am, public transportation, staring in awe at how birds can support their entire body weight on feet the size of twigs, seeking an adventure that can provide me with the largest adrenaline rush possible, and continuously pondering what I'm supposed to do with my life.
