To open my mind by traveling the world and meeting interesting, positive people! ABOUT ME I'm passionate about everything I do and I'm a bit of a free spirit some would say. Keeping a positive attitude and a balanced life is my current goal in life. I love to travel and be active. I have a lot of energy first thing in the morning and don't like to waste it! My family and friends mean the world to me. Back home I'm a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I teach Spin (indoor cycling), Group Power, TRX, and other weight training classes. I especially like working with seniors and older adults because they're usually really happy at the gym! PHILOSOPHY "Change the way you think of things, and the things you think of will change" is my mantra. Set a goal and go out and conquer it. Be kind along the way. As cliche as it sounds, you only live once (as far as we know) so make the best of it.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I couchsurfed quite a bit this summer in May & June with my cousin and my partner. We stayed with amazing hosts in Germany & Turkey and loved the experience! It was honestly the best part of the trip. I enjoyed meeting these people more than seeing the sites most of the time (although the sites were great too!!)

I can teach you how to hula hoop! It's a lot of fun and a great core workout. I can also give you exercises, stretches or a basic workout program depending on your goals. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and work a lot with older adults who have arthritis & osteoporosis. I also work with people wanting to achieve weight loss.

Where to begin! Traveling of course and everything that comes with it. Listening to live music and going to festivals. Snowboarding in the winter. Hiking in the spring & fall. Laying on the beach at the lake and hula hooping all summer long. I recently starting to Fire Hula Hoop. Fitness! I love spin classes (indoor cycling), TRX, and Boot Camps. Dancing. Learning to cook new dishes and being crafty.
