Hi, I'm Daniel! I'm a guy with Catalan and German roots living in Switzerland, where I just finished my studies at ETH in the area of power electronics. Right now I'm taking some time off to travel before I start working at a robotics startup in Zürich. I love everything related to the mountains, especially skiing and ski touring as well as hiking, but I am always open for other sports. Also I have been playing the violin and viola for many years in an ensemble. Whenever I get the opportunity I love to explore new places, not only around the world but also in my beautiful home country! Random other things I love apart from that include art, techno raves, electronics, burger restaurants, craft beers, operas, power walking, my drone and lots of other stuff.

I like to keep it diverse with my music! Country music to sing along to in the car, a hard techno or DnB set to get pumped, live classical music in the opera or a concert hall and so much more. Four totally unrelated movies I absolutely love: Match Point, Gladiator, Amadeus and High School Musical (Go Wildcats!) Unfortunately I didn't have time to read a lot lately (apart from technical literature :) ), but I enjoy classical literature as well as non-fiction books.

Walked 40% of Zürich's streets! Did two 800km solo bike rides! Cycled 210km on a single day on a city bike! Spent a whole season skiing enjoying the famous champagne powder in the Rockies!
