I'm a philosophy PhD student from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. I've been living in the US for six years now, and I plan to continue to live here for a few more at least until I finish my studies. I am also an amateur photographer (urbex and street photography), and I love to cook!

When I was in Chicago, I really enjoyed being able to host and share experiences with people from all over! Haven't been a guest anywhere yet, but I'm looking forward to start surfing some couches some time soon :)

Anything progressive rock; folk music; MPB (Brazilian Popular Music); recently discovered, to my surprise, that I'm also kind of into EDM When it comes to books and movies, I'm quite into the Cohen Brothers, Machado de Assis, Kurt Vonnegut, Cormac McCarthy and Neil Gaiman. Existential dread with a touch (sometimes more than a touch) of humor, and myth.
