Married to Jim for 30 years. We have six wonderful children, three still at home. Ages 10, 12, 16 at home. Ages 19, 23 and 25 adult children. Adopted a beautiful daughter from Guatemala and for that and other reasons we want to learn Spanish. We have had international students stay with us for years and it has been a very enriching experience. We are better people for having had the priveldge of learning about other cultures. I homeschool the younger children which has been very rewarding for all of us. This has allowed them to mature and learn many things from a hands on approach. The kids are very friendly and respectful. If you have an interest, they will invite you to play ping pong. We have a ranch style home with extra bedrooms in the basement and a bathroom with shower downstairs.

I like to travel and found out about couch surfing and love the idea. Since we used Airbnb on our seven week trip to Ecuador I now feel much more comfortable with the safety that the history and reviews provide. Our international student is returning to his home country which has opened up a room to host.

Decluttering books like the "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up". Many spiritual books. Lately I've been listening to many of Tony Robbins videos and audios. I am interested in continual development and becoming a better person over time so books on self improvement are a favorite of mine.

I have ran a marathon in each of the 50 states in the United States. I would like to continue to do this in countries around the world. I have and am raising six truly amazing children with my supportive husband.

I would like our children and myself to become fluent in Spanish. My husband and I think being bilingual is extremely important. We are Catholic and when we travel we always do our best to see Catholic shrines and churches. If you have an interest in the same, we can point you to some wonderful places to visit close to Milwaukee.
