Hey there! We are Katya and Ivan, a couple from Siberia. In 2018 we decided to qiut our jobs and go on a crazy hitchhiking journey wich lasted a whole year! We got the idea at the end of May and 2 months later started out with our backpacks ready. It was our very first trip 🙃 Now we are back in Russia and decided to explore Kaliningrad region.

We believe that staying with local people is the best experience you can get in traveling - exploring most interesting places, learning culture and cuisine, sharing experience and knowledge.. you can not get any of that staying in a hotel room! 😉 You exchange experience, see different views to life which change your perspective and make your mind open to new ideas.

We like cycling, winter tubing, hiking, walking along the beach or on a river bank, we love good Chinese tea culture, we enjoy swimming in the sea or in a swimming pool and playing boardgames in a good company (we have a small collection)☺️I (Katya) like creative activities such as mehndi, drawing or painting something, loooove cooking cakes and desserts.
