Adventurous 22-year-old who sees travelling as the antidote to routine life and believes that a journey is best measured by friends and discoveries rather than miles. This explains I enjoy travelling solo, as such travel mode makes it easier to immerse into local culture and meet new people. The more exotic the place is, the more attractive it becomes to me. My ultimate travel goals are to go on a solo trip to Africa and Latin America and create an impact to the local communities there. A place is defined not by its landmarks, but its people and culture. It is always interesting to observe how the past of a place has shaped its present development and how the people there see the place in 10/20/30 years. Indeed, I wouldn't claim myself having visited a place if I have not even talked to one single local. Therefore, I wish to have a glimpse of how locals live and meet some new friends from Couchsurfing.
