Hi, my name is Emma. Landing the 12th November 2024 in Melbourne, Australia. Starting my backpack adventure. I'm super excited and terrified at the same time.. I'm staying for a year and will therefore not be able to host myself. I love meeting people and hearing about their adventures and life! I'm couchsurfing because it gives me the chance to meet local people. I think it's fun to talk about the differences and simularities between coutries. And local people can also tell me the must do's or visits in their own beautiful city/country.

My biggest interest at the moment is our brain and emotions. I'm learning a modality called 'The kiloby inquiries.' Which helped me understand myself and my emotions more. While also giving me tools to handle moments of anxiety 'till the point that they are becoming rarer and rarer. Love how flexible our systems are and how we can turn past traumas around! Even though it takes time.
