我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
I finished an intensive yoga training in Bali and I am now going back to Asia to complete a Qi gong teacher training. For my master's degree, I created a yoga intervention for kids in elementary school to help them regulate their emotions and control their attention. I am convinced of the impact this holistic discipline can have on development as an individual. As a child I would have liked to have the tools that yoga brought me.
