I guess it can turn a trip from nice to awesome

First of all, I believe in human relationships. For me, I fell completely realized when i meet new people with a lot of nice histories to tell me and we can share a little time to talk and have a glass of wine. I enjoy sightseeing at night, I really like to fell the city "vibes" during this time and meet local people. Don't you feel cities at night can have another atmosphere? Probably that's why I always - ok, most of time - try to enjoy the night life of each city, what can I say? I'm a party person yey. Wee can always sing songs, discuss politics, talk about science, Netflix or anything else :)
