I love outdoors. I can be at my high (any sports from hiking, viaferrata, skiing, salsa, freediving...) to be in a state of introspection with deep conversation and meditation. While im not getting lost in mother nature, i devote most of my time in learning (anything that makes me a student), teaching yoga (on break atm).

Watching the stars in the midst of Gobi Desert, hiked Annapurna Base Camp, Half Marathon in HK Disneyland, hiked Jebel Toubkal, study French in Montpellier, hiked Gokyo Ri in Everest, hiked Santa Cruz and Salkantay, 10D vipassana.
