I am from Nova Scotia, Canada but have lived and travelled all around Canada. In college/university I studied cooking, recreation, sociology and kinesiology. I have a lot of different jobs including personal training, farm work, teaching, wedding planning, and surfboard making. I love going on adventures, exploring, and travelling. I would love to visit every country!

I can teach some of my favourite recipes, and would love to share recipes if you have favourites as well. Love to share music and creative ideas. I have taught English as a second language so can help with English learning if you need/want. Also have a lot of knowledge in fitness so can help if youre interested in any aspect of fitness. I really enjoy learning about different cultures, foods and languages, and a bit of everything.

I spend a lot of my free time surfing, making surfboards, playing music, adventuring around. I love to play sports, do physical activity, hike, swim. I play the drums in a rock band and am trying to learn a few other instruments. I also just started a wedding business so have been busy with that.
