I'm an Egyptian mandolin player , I really love my country and the diverse cultures inside it. I studied political science and got a bachelor degree from the Sorbonne (Paris 1 university) also studied arts and urban resilience at CILAS in Cairo. Done with my Master which was an amazing pleasant experience! I love to travel, sing, dance and cook. I have traveled and seen all the different regions in my country and also i went to India, Cyprus, Turkey, Morocco, Germany. I lived for a while in Lille, France; Wroclaw, Poland and Dakar in Senegal

I'm on CS because i'm eager to meet local and see the city with their eyes. Being a tourist doesn't really suit me, although i'm always a tourist (such an irony), but the thing is, being with a local means exploring the hidden gems of the city and that's exactly what i'm looking for.

Favorite type of music would be Jazz. I love indie movies and the last movie i totally admired was whiplash. I am also a big fan of animation and documentaries and i worked quite a while in the media field. I love to read, last amazing book was "a thousand splendid suns" and "Kafka on the shore"

I love art to the point i'm doing my master thesis on it ! :D I'm really interested by the relation of art and development in informal settlements, that's basically what my thesis is all about. Recently, I discovered how much I love vegetarian food as I'm starting to take care of my health, and I understood how much I love to cook and share meals with other people and have fun talking. I love to dance, I don't know how to dance though :D
