To meet new people, experience new cultures and learn about life. I recently made a month long roadtrip in the United States and met so many great people through couchsurfing. I feel it's the best way to really get to know the places that you visit.

Being out there on the road all by myself without a plan, worked out really well because of couchsurfing. So many people opened up their doors for me and welcomed me with open arms. It was a lifechanging experience.
