In my free time, I do a lot of things, hence, I never really get enough "free time". If my mood is right for debugging and staring at a computer screen for a couple of hours, I do programming. If I want something more relaxed, with a nice cup of tea and some cookies, I write. And if I want to lie down, I usually read something or watch something. On sunnier days, you can find me out with friends, volunteering or biking and hiking around. And if I am travelling, my days consist of walking through the city, and whenever I feel like it, entering a shop or a museum. Maybe going to a rock climbing gym and of course, taking many photos of the everyday life of each city, as well as the grand structures.

I was planning a 3 months backpacking trip through Europe and a friend suggested it. And throughout my trip I used it quite a lot and met some very wonderful people. I have genuinely made some friends with whom I am still in contact. This aspect of socializing with people in different countries from different backgrounds was something that I have come to appreciate a lot about CS, and perhaps hold it to be the single most important feature of this website/app. And now I want to give that kindness back by hosting people, so feel free to send requests!

Because I have watched a lot of movies, and I do mean a lot. There are a lot of movies that I "like", but that is very conditional, based on the mood and the people I am with. However, my go to movie is: About Time. For something a bit more attention-demanding: Arrival. Same thing with books. Favorite book: Replay Favorite book trilogy: Broken Empire

I would love to learn about the little details of your city – the hidden gems per say. Is there an especially good bakery around? Is there a really cool bench in a park? But it is not just a city guide I want. I would love a good conversation, hearing about your life, achievements and mistakes and potentially learning something from every person I meet. Also I am quite knowledgeable in a wide range of topics, so a conversation with me is never boring (I hope).

Interesting conversation about anything and everything. Conversation is genuinely one of my hobbies, if it can be counted as one. I have developed a passion for food and cooking since I began backpacking, this made me learn a bunch of recipes from across the world. So I would love to cook something for us, whether it be Norwegian, Persian, Japanese, Italian, etc. Also, if you have a tasty recipe, I would love to learn it!
