I got my bachelors as a musical documentary film maker a couple of years ago, and in between then and now I've traveled through Australia to make a film (the result is called Homesickless and available on Youtube), I traveled and lived abroad for some time and am currently living in Amsterdam. I work in a smartshop (I like to call it space-providing), I write and play music and I try to get some film gigs on the side. I love to jam, to laugh, I love a good conversation, I love to dress up silly, I love to dance and I love to explore.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people, helping others out and traveling. Couchsurfing is the perfect combination of those things. I'm not here for free beds and showers, I'm here to make friends. I have loved every single of my CS experiences, both hosting and surfing! My current living situation makes it very inconvenient to host and the absolute overload of requests I got when I first moved to Amsterdam that got me having to turn down about 50 people every day, so I just set my profile to 'not hosting' for a while. There's a time and place for everything and I guess now is my time to do some surfin'!

I can cook some pretty good (vegetarian/vegan) meals, I play the trumpet and some other instruments, my English is good (so is my Dutch, obviously), I can hang a teaspoon on my nose and I know pretty much all there is to know about magic truffels. All of those things are teachable, unless you don't have a trumpet or a good nose for spoon-hanging.
