My name is Irina. I'm from a very beautiful area in the north of Catalonia. I can't stay still, I love to travel and meet new people, see new places and try to constantly step out of my confort zone. That's why I took a gap year to travel around; volunteering, working and seeing into diferent realities and cultures.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I'm looking forward to discover others countries working, cooperating or simply traveling there and meeting people. I think that couchsurfiing is a very nice way to know what a place is really like. Also, coming from a very touristic area, I've seen how mass tourism has destroyed a big part of our daily life and I don't want to participate in this way of traveling. I think couchsurfing can be an alternative to this kind of tourism. I want that people who come to Catalonia can contact me for whatever reason and that I can do the same when I'm out of my country.
