I am originally from Texas but I've spent a lot of time exploring other states and countries. I'm often a listener so if you have a great story, something you need to get off your chest, or a revelation you are dying to share, then I am your gal! I love films! watching, creating, learning, writing, dissecting I love to do it all, so if you are a film fan, we are already friends. I am a big fan of travelling, exploring new places, experiencing new cultures, and creating a family out of strangers.

I've shared so many couches, floors, beds, tents, futons, and every one of them has a person with a story behind them. I think of each experiences as an opportunity for learning, growth, connection, and exchange. I know that a small part of every one I meet stays with me and therefor, I try to leave the best parts of me with everyone I meet.

I'm a big fan of nutrition and healthy living and enjoy cooking delicious healthy meals that I can share with friends. I also do a form of energy work called Pranic Healing that I have found really helpful so I love introducing people to it. If there are instruments around, I am always happy to sing some pretty tunes for you!

In my spare time I'm usually participating in things like yoga, energy work, nutrition, music, arts. I also love things like laughing, gathering shells at the beach, good conversation, dancing, and generally enjoying whatever the moment brings!
