My husband and I are retired HS teachers. We have traveled extensively through Europe. My husband is British and I was born and raised in the Pocono Mts. of northeast PA.. We have a 23 year old daughter who is currently on a road trip and couch surfing.

Having been born and raised in the Pocono Mountains of northeast PA , I am quite familiar with everything worth seeing. It's a beautiful area, with lots to do year round. We will be happy to help you plan your visit, or to just sit around chatting over a spot of tea or a beer!

We are interested in travel, foreign countries, gardening, community involvement. I play in a German Oompah band and sing in community choirs. My husband has directed Shakespeare plays and enjoys working long hours on our 4 acres of land.
