I can share basic Acro Yoga techniques. I can also share Zen Meditation methodologies that I've learned/developed over the years. My wife and I like to cook and can teach what we know, we also like to learn new ways of cooking.

Dancing meringue, salsa, Argentine tango. Acro yoga, learning all kinds of meditation techniques, bouldering, crossfit, cooking, outdoor walk/hike, improv, warm gatherings, mash pits.
