I’m a musician who has actually made most of my living on stage. I feel blessed to be able to say that. However, I’m now working as an independent contractor performing in assemblies for elementary and middle school children. Sleeping on someone’s couch not only gives me a chance to meet new people while I’m working but it also saves me some money. Both of which are great benefits.

As a young adult in a Christian rock band I opened for one of my favorite artists — Steve Taylor. I also had the privilege of sharing the stage with Muse Watson of NCIS fame along with Catherine Mary Stewart, who was one of my teenage crushes. (I even got to kiss her on stage.)
