ABOUT ME I started my travels the day after graduating undergrad, where I headed for the hills of the Himalayas. I spent 2 months in Nepal, drifting to India, and finally living long-term in Vietnam. I taught English and Western culture classes. I moved back home a year after traveling where I taught third grade. I kayaked 1400 miles from Indianapolis to New Orleans in between summers. Then graduated to high school where I taught philosophy and theology. Realizing that my soul is restless and craves travel, I have committed to a year of bartending to pay off all debt to allow me to travel full-time. I recently moved to NYC and love everything about it.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
The moments that have struck me most in my travels have been the families that drop everything to house me when I seem to fall into a weird situation while on the road. Experiencing the culture of hospitality encourages and energizes me while fueling my passion and addiction for travel.
音乐、电影与书籍
Local, local, local music. Local MCs bangin' tracks; underground hip hop; coffee shops with acoustic guitars; folk festivals; city gospel. Viktor Frankl, CS Lewis, Graham Greene are great inspirers of the human condition that I could reread over and over.
我能与房东分享的
I am an exceptional cook. Cooking has been my most consistent hobby since childhood. Sharing meals and breaking bread is a fundamental aspect of being human. Let us eat together.
