CURRENT MISSION Summertime in Freo ABOUT ME My face goes red easily. I'm passionate about food that makes you feel good. This summer I plan to swim in the ocean as often as I can, meditate and grow fabulous pot plant gardens. I like the idea of 'community' and am always interested what that means to other people. I love gardening and cooking especially combined. I think riding a bike and walking is the best way to get around, although trains can be nice too. PHILOSOPHY I think that we create our own happiness. so i am very creative. I think what you thoughts and beliefs you put out in the universe really determine a lot of your life and influence your health greatly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING In 2011 I couchsurfed Europe. Now its my turn to return the generosity and share positive experiences with people surfing in Perth. I may not always be able to host but will do my best to at least show you a great place to drink tea!

My very favourite movie - Harold and Maude and anything made/written by Miranda July currently listening to Gold Pand, Jose Gonzales, Angus and Julia Stone, Imogen Heap, Cammille, Sigur Ros, Gold Panda, Ani Difranco, KD Lang, Cat Stevens........ A growing variety... I like many books...at the moment I have no time to read anything other then nutrition and wholefood cook books. not complaining about that at all though..
