I am a rebel-teacher from Slovenia, a passionate cook, linguaphile, and dancer. I practice yoga and do lots of outdoor sports, like swimming or hiking. My father is Slovenian and mom is from a bilingual Croatian-Italian area in Croatia, therefore I'm familiar with all the 3 cultures, culinary and speak the languages (Italian the least). I really love languages, that's why I studied my mother tongue, so I could get really deep and analytically into it. I WANT TO COOK FOR YOU while I'm staying at your place - this is the thing everyone says I should turn professional at, but for now, I just want to make people happy with my food and pay off my bed while traveling. ;) I want to start a blog about my recipes and traveling, so besides getting awesome meals, as my host you'll be a part of my blogging stories! ;)

Because I love to travel and to integrate among the native population in order to see the pulse of the city and culture I'm visiting. I as well want to see the world that is not only based on our self-invented money-based system. I have an NGO that tries to prove that as well - we "trade" knowledge and expand possibilities. We can give to each other what we need and desire. I want to believe that people are good.

I will cook for you, share anything I know with you - and I'm a very curious being so I've learned a lot so far. I am usually in a good mood and it's contagious. ;) I would like to improve my language skills in your native language (or learn sth. new). I would as well like to learn about your local cuisine and the way you live. Tips for sightseeing are welcome.
