What better way to meet a new place or get a new perspective than with the guidance and kindness of strangers? Through my old roommate's account we've hosted two couples of couch surfers separately. While on a road trip through the West Coast of the USA I couch surfed, also through my co-traveller's account. All were very pleasant experiences.
