HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I like the idea of sharing spaces, being hospitable to strangers, etc. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have stayed with somebody once... I'm new to hosting; I tend to be too busy.

I like to read anything that is a story, from classics to comic books. I love music: Indie, folk, rock, bluegrass. Old and new: Pasty Cline, Hank Williams, Led Zep, Jeff Buckley, Avett Bros, the Naitonal, Trampled by Turtles, Pixies, Rolling Stones, the Antlers, could go on forever. Not a big movie watcher, but I like the Muppets and Marvel movies.

As a host, I can really only offer a bed or couch... I tend to be running around a lot these days doing grad school work, building a sense of family, and trying to fix up a tiny house. So I'm not going to be great company or able to show you around, but if you need a place to crash, I may be able to help with that! I also should add that I have 2 big stinky hound dogs (for those with allergies), and I probably won't be able to put you up for more than 1 night just because of how overwhelming my life is these days.
