COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE From July 2023-June 2024 I was solo backpacking around Asia! It’s a dream that came true and my most memorable days are the ones I spent with locals from CS in their home, or in their cities- exchanging ideas and talking about our cultures! I enjoy traveling to more off-road countries and places that are not very popular yet. These trips always surprised me so positively! And it was way easier having an authentic experience in those countries.

I am a big fan of the kyrgyz author Tschingis Aitmatov! I have the feeling that the world would be a better place if everyone would read his books! That’s why I often find myself doing little presentations for my friends in which I passionately try to convince them why his books are incredible :) -> this author is the reason why I booked a one way flight ✈️ to kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬 without having any plans! I just trusted my gut feeling and it turned out to be my favorite country I traveled to 🥰 movies: the imitation game, interstellar, the handmaiden, the help, not an easy man, twice colonized music: hip hop, jazz, rap, r&b, lofi, old pop,.. I love getting to know local songs and artists in each country so be ready to get asked for recommendations 🎶
