Hi! I'm Kubanychbek from Kyrgyz Republic and currently living in Budapest, where I am pursuing my MBA at Corvinus University. I was born and raised in Bosteri, a resort town on the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Central Asia. Growing up in a tourism region, I had the opportunity to meet people from different countries and cultures from an early age, and my experience in the tourism industry taught me the importance of hospitality, respect, and making guests feel welcome. Before starting my MBA, I worked in banking, finance, and higher education. Today, I enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds, learning about local cultures, and exchanging experiences and perspectives. I consider myself respectful, responsible, clean, and easygoing. I don’t smoke, I value personal space, and I always treat my host’s home with care and appreciation. I'm new to Couchsurfing, but not new to meeting international people. Coming from a tourism-oriented community, I understand both the guest’s and the host’s perspective and genuinely appreciate the kindness people show to travelers. Hospitality is an important part of our culture, and if you ever find yourself in Kyrgyz Republic, I would be happy to share local recommendations and help you discover places around Issyk-Kul from a local perspective. I believe the best part of traveling is not the places themselves, but the people you meet along the way.
