When I went to Jordan I saw how they put quite a lot of olive oil on their hummus. I have never seen it before for some reason. I eat it this way almost every day now :)

Once when I was hitchhiking I got invited to a home of a man that was giving me a ride. At first I was rather worried and stressed out but as I didn't have a place to stay and it was getting late, I agreed. It happened to be one of the best evenings I had in my life. We ate supper with his whole family and shared stories. All in a very warm and home-like atmosphere. Couchsurfing seems like a place where such situations can be repeated. This is the main reason why I joined. Однажды, когда я путешествовал автостопом, человек, который меня подвозил, пригласил меня к себе домой. Сначала я немного переживал и нервничал, но так как мне негде было остановиться, а становилось уже поздно, я согласился. В итоге это оказался один из лучших вечеров в моей жизни. Мы ужинали всей семьей и делились историями. Всё прошло в очень теплой и по-настоящему домашней атмосфере. Мне кажется, Каучсёрфинг это как раз то место, где такие моменты могут повториться. Это и есть главная причина, почему я здесь.
