Moved to Amsterdam when I was 17 and somehow have made a home here despite quite some detours from my original plans along the way. I love the outdoors but also have picked the absolute wrong country for that, hence why I like to travel. On the rainy days here (there are many) I love to read, watch movies, and cook. In the summer, I enjoy chilling in the park, going swimming in lakes, and just enjoying how much more fun and beautiful the city becomes.

Since the first time I couchsurfed with a friend using her account, every experience I've had with it has been absolutely unique. Some much better and enriching than others, but definitely always unique. It makes travelling alone that much more fun and memorable. I'm hoping to be able to host soon once I work it out with my roommates :)
