I am a happy Dutch chap with my 7 year old Princess. My body is my temple and I apply a doses of healthy lifestyle (non-alcohol, non-smoking), yoga, meditation, Fitness. I am a bit Spiritual (Self Consciousness). I have a weakness for home made cakes & Pies ;-) Everything in moderation! I'm quite organised and can help you with the cleaning.
