CURRENT MISSION See the world. Tell its stories. ABOUT ME I'm currently living in Amman, Jordan, working with a NGO supporting Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians. Prior to living in Amman, my husband and I went on a year-long adventure to research, write, and see the world. Prior to leaving everything in the U.S. behind, I worked in international development and humanitarian assistance for nearly five years and was a part of international disaster responses in The Philippines, Ethiopia, and Kenya. I grew up in South Carolina and spent my post-college years in Washington DC and Baltimore. I'm passionate about issues facing women and girls around the world, traveling, photography, football (Go Tigers!), and making a difference in the world.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE My first surfing experience was in Dubai, and I loved it! From there, I also couchsurfed in Turkey and Israel. I am still in touch with many of the hosts that I stayed with and look forward to meeting them somewhere else in the world. Now that I'm settled into an apartment in Amman, I'm hoping to host other travelers, as well.
