My name is Malik and I am 21 years young. I live in a small town which is called Rödgen. It is located close to the city of Gießen. My family consists of my two brothers and me. Together with our mother we live in a house with a beautiful garden. In my free time I like to do sports of all kind. When I am not doing sports with my friends we hang out together and have a great time.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I am looking forward to travel around the world and meet amazing people. In my opinion Couchsurfing is a good opportunity and perfect community to get in contact with locals and get to now the culture. I do not want to go to a country and spend my money on a hotel just to see how life works in the hotel.
音乐、电影与书籍
I listen to all kind of music. I am able to play the piano but I am just a beginner. I mostly enjoy watching movies who are either informative (documentaries) or have an interesting story. But to be honest im not watching a lot of television or Netflix. My favorite movie is a german movie called "Weit. Ein Weg um die Welt". The movie is about a couple which travels through the world and shows that the world is more loving than we think.

The most amazing thing I have done was the decision to make an exchange to the United States. It was my first experience of cultural exchange and an amazing experience. This month was full of adventures and new things for me. As well as it inspired me to see and realize how people behave different in other countries and cultures. I think this was a life changer for me and showed me what life really is about.
