Hi, my name is Marta, I'm from Barcelona. I love travelling and meeting new people, getting to know a place through locals is the best experience in my trips. The best university in life is to travel. Unfortunately at the moment I can not host in my own place but I'll be happy to hang out with people that are visiting my city and enjoying some time together if I am in Barcelona as I myself spend a lot of time abroad. I am a friendly, sensitive and outgoing person. I love nature, to spend time in places that are untouched by humans makes me feel more connected to myself and to life but I can also enjoy cities and culture, reading, chatting, and going out to concerts, theatre or others. I have been a dancer myself and at the moment I am working as a producer for a dance theatre company.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and sharing experiences with locals when I travel. I believe the way to get to know a territory is through sharing and relating to the people who live there. I like authentic people that are on couchsurfing for a genuine sense of community, curiosity and of respect for other people's ways of thinking and lifestyles.

Difficult to say as there are so many but my last favorite film is 'The salt of the Earth', my last favorite book a classic 'Sea Wolf' by Jack London, my last favorite song 'Follow the sun' by Xavier Rudd.

I can teach Yoga and Pilates to whoever hosts me. I can share my love for adventure, for the unexpected and for any outdoor activities in the nature, I'm always up for new experiences of for some sailing, hiking, surfing, climbing, skiing... :)
