HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING The quality of couchsurfer has fallen in recent years. I had a Chinese girl ask if they could first inspect my place so that they could make up their minds on if they could stay at my place. The gall of it!! I had 2 women who came here after a long tour and made a chicken meal which they ate in the bedroom. Not even an offer to taste to me the host. BAAAD manners!! I had a woman stay here who didn't even contribute a cookie for the host. Talk about moochers!! NOW I WILL DEMAND THAT YOU HAVE AT LEAST HOSTED 3 PEOPLE BEFORE YOU EVER SEND ME A REQUEST. CHARITY BEGINSAT HOME. Mainly hosting. I work in the hotel industry and never really needed to be hosted. NOTE. I cannot host in even ODD weeks as I have family obligations. However, an exception would be a family with kids in need of an emergency couch. Secondly, I live with my lively dog and if you are not a dog person then sorry. Thirdly, I am quite busy on week days so you will be on your own during the days. Otherwise I have no requirements other than the general common courtesy rules that apply when you are in someone's home. So come and experience African hospitality in the middle of Copenhagen.
