I can teach how to make a good tortilla and a very good mojito, and maybe tell you something about boring stuff like contemporary history, social perception of stereotypes and human rights issues in western countries. I want to learn how to make a good żurek and I would like to learn it in Polish (even if right now I'm definitely not able to do so).
