I am a 20 year old student doing a semester abroad at the University of Melbourne in Australia. I grew up in Copenhagen, where I have lived for a large majority of my life. However, for 3 years I lived in Washington DC and went to a local school in the area. Living in Denmark and the United States as well as Australia, where I am currently residing, I have learned to love traveling and meeting new people. I'm sociable and I like to have fun, but I'm also respectful of people and their privacy. I love visiting local spots and interacting with the people who hang out there!

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
When traveling to new places I love having the opportunity to experience my surroundings in a different and interesting way. I'm on Couchsurfing so that I can experience new places from different perspectives and interact with people while gaining new insight. I'm always open to new experiences. At the same time I respect the fact that people are opening up their living spaces to travellers.
音乐、电影与书籍
I have a broad taste in music, that changes depending on my mood. Right now I'm really enjoying alternative music as well as rock. The only thing that stays consistent is my favorite band, which happens to be The Strokes. I also enjoy a variety of movie genres. At the moment I watch a lot of documentaries and horror movies. Even though I really love reading, I haven't done much of it in the past couple of years. University readings take up a lot of my sparetime, so when I finally have time to spare I would rather watch a movie in the theater or go to a new concert.
我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
Hiking in Iceland!
我能与房东分享的
I'm a pretty great cook/baker, if I have to say so myself. I would love to have a "family-dinner" or two with hosts. Besides that, I'd love to tell stories from my past and listen to ones that the host has to share. In general, I am very openminded and open to try new things. I can share new experiences with hosts, venturing out and having a good time.
