Hi there! I’m currently hosting in Nanae town, very close to Hakodate, Hokkaido. It’s about a 20-minute train ride from JR Hakodate Station. I run a small English school at home, mainly for elementary school students, and I really enjoy teaching and meeting people from different cultures. I enjoy slow travel, cozy cafés, local culture, and relaxed conversations over coffee or home-cooked meals. Nanae is a peaceful town with easy access to both Hakodate city and nature spots around southern Hokkaido. I prefer calm, respectful, and easygoing communication. If timing works, my students sometimes enjoy short English conversations with visitors too. I’m happy to share local recommendations around Hakodate and southern Hokkaido!
