My friend introduced me to couch surfing when we stayed with some great hosts in Switzerland. I love meeting new people and I really liked that we were able to stay with people who knew the city well, aside from the obvious tourist things to do. I really enjoyed seein their perspectives of things and I think couch surfing is a great way to do that. I have yet to host anyone since I travel a lot, but I hope I get to experience that side of couch surfing as well.

Honestly, I love and appreciate all music and movies. Music wise, I love alternative rock, r&b & hip hop. Movies: everything from romantic comedies to scary movies to action. I read more fiction than anything.

Decide to study abroad in Europe! I've lived in California my whole life and coming to study a semester in Barcelona was the best decision because it's also allowed me the opportunity to travel.
