Born and raised in Mexico, I decided in 2013 to leave everything behind and embark on a new adventure. I packed my bags, my dreams, and maybe a few too many tacos (metaphorically speaking), and moved to Vancouver, Canada. I called it home until 2015, when I traded the snowy winters for Auckland, New Zealand—a place I now proudly call home (and where I’ve learned to expertly dodge wayward sheep on the road). So far, I’ve visited 30 countries, collecting unforgettable experiences and meeting countless incredible people along the way. Each encounter has added a little more flavor to my life—like spices in a global stew. I consider myself a free thinker who thrives on deep, meaningful conversations and debates. Whether it’s about life’s biggest questions or the correct way to eat a kiwi fruit (spoon or slice?), I’m in. I firmly believe in the beautiful interconnectedness of humanity and the necessity of compassion—because, let’s face it, the world could use a little more kindness and a lot less road rage.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me out in nature, hiking, camping, or simply soaking up the jaw-dropping scenery that New Zealand has to offer. Honestly, with landscapes like these, it’s hard not to feel like I’m living in a postcard. Any excuse to escape the daily grind and get into the great outdoors? I’m there. That said, I also love a good night out—catching up with friends over dinner, hitting the dance floor, and making memories. On quieter nights, I’m just as happy curled up at home with a good book or a movie, proving that balance is key (and that snacks are essential in both scenarios). For the past six years, I’ve been practicing meditation, and more recently, I’ve added yoga to the mix. Both have been game-changers for me—helping me stay grounded, relaxed, and ready to take on whatever life throws my way (including downward dog). Let me know if this works or if you’d like more tweaks!
