Hi! Im Nellie, 19years old and from Stuttgart, Germany. I will spend the next 6months in Vancouver, Canada on exchange. However, normally I live in Wageningen, the Netherlands where I study 'Sustainable Tourism'. I am an open-minded, easy going person and very interested in everything the world has to offer, While I am truely passionate about nature and all the activities related to it (Hiking, camping etc.), I also love the vibe and atmosphere in the big cities. As I study 'Sustainable Tourism', it is particularly important to me to learn about the people, the culture and the environment which is by far my favorite part of travelling.

Couchsurfing is a great way to meet people and experience a whole lot more about the place visited. Even though, I am very new to this thing, I cant wait to host people once I am back in the Netherlands to share my the dutch &german culture and meet people :)

I have lived in three countries so far (Germany, United States and the Netherlands), so I can share a lot about these different cultures. Also my mom works at a german chocolate factory, so If you are interested in that, I cant tell you a whole lot about it or even bring some ;)
我的兴趣
I love outdoor activites whether it is snowboarding, cycling, hiking, wakeboarding, skateboarding. Another major interest of mine is sustainability in particular within tourism.
