I was a dairy farm specialist veterinarian when I was young. Lived in Michigan, USA for total eleven years. Now living in Manila, I make and sell chocolate made from all Philippine ingredients and owns a Japanese Tea House in Quezon City.

I commute by riding bicycle. Very interested in ecology. At my tea house we serve healthy but tasty food as possible ( sometimes heathy food does not taste satisfying)
