While growing up travel wasn't as feasible for me as it is for others, travel has always being one of my living passions, so I can sympathize with the feeling of wanting to go places and not being able to. I want to lend a helping hand to the traveler and adventurer at heart and mind and hopefully helping them to accomplish their dreams. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE so far several positive experiences. The one that prompted me to join Couchdurfing is that while traveling around Lisbon, Portugal I was approached by a crying and nervous Canadian traveler woman, her CS hosts have not responded to her several attempts to locate them and unable to speak the Portuguese language with a low budget in hand I was able to accommodate her for a few nights at my place until she returned to her land. This is how I found out about CS and happily I was able to host a Canadian CS member without yet being a member at the time.
