I'm couchsurfing because I love meeting people from other places. I love the idea of traveling somewhere and knowing a local who can give me advice or insight into what it's like to live in a place that I am only visiting. I also love the idea of hosting someone from out of the country or state or even just city and getting to show them what I love about my home! And, plus, I'm a broke college student :)

I like any kind of music. My favorite movie is 500 Days of Summer. My favorite books include anything by Kristin Hannah or Jodi Picoult, Gone With the Wind, the Harry Potter series.... I could go on and on.
