I was born in Hong Kong and moved to Victoria, BC when I was young. I grew up in a Canadian culture but in a Chinese household which I'm grateful for because I got to merge both cultural identities into me. I did my university studies at the University of Calgary, where I got my Bachelor Degree majoring in Energy Management with a minor in Development Studies. Since then I've worked in a marketing/communications capacity in various non-profit organizations, startups. I am interested in sustainability, social innovation, and cool design. I am currently living in Vancouver and travelling whenever I can. I have been to several countries around the world but my current interests are more of Asia and Central America. In my spare time, I like to go bouldering/rock climbing, play squash, and dabble in photography. The one weird skill I am happy to share is job seeking, so if you need help finding a job, I can help you out!

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because my friend introduced me to it and I enjoyed making connections with people and locals from all over the world. Since the introduction, I want to continue using Couchsurfing to meet new people when I travel, connect with locals wherever I go, and experience a new lifestyle and go outside of my comfort zone. There's always something to learn from everyone!

I hope to learn from hosts and other guests about their stories, life, and experiences. I enjoy listening more than talking so if you're a storytelling then this is great! I hope to share Canadian and Hong Kong culture with my hosts, and answer any questions they have. I hope to share myself and my travel stories (if they want to hear about them) and share my love of travel with them. I would like to share a great travel experience with hosts, and become friends during my stay if that is possible. I would rather learn more from my hosts though, so this is definitely a two-way street. I will share as much as you want to share with me, I won't overshare don't worry :)
