Hello, my name is Petra. I'm from Germany, but I've been living in England, New Zealand and France for the last 2,5 years. I've spent the winter in the French Alps snowboarding and enjoying life and I'm now spending the summer travelling and living in the South of France. I enjoy hiking, reading, cooking and meeting people from all over the world. I'm amazed at how every single person in this world has their own interesting life story.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I joined couch surfing as it is an awesome opportunity to meet new people from all over the world who enjoy travelling as much as I do. As I am travelling at the moment, I unfortunately can't host anyone at my house in Munich but I'm looking forward to staying with fun people. It's way more fun than staying in boring hotels and bed and breakfasts.

When I was 20 years old, I packed my bags and went on a 3 months holiday to Australia on my own with only one night booked and no idea to expect. It changed my life and perspectives completely and made me the person I am today.

I think you can learn a lot on your travels by listening to other peoples' stories and you can also teach other people a lot about travelling by talking to them about your experiences. I'm happy to do both and tell you everything I know about the places that I have been to/lived in.
我的兴趣
I love doing outdoor stuff like horse riding, walking, hiking, swimming, bonfires, camping, etc. and I also love reading, cooking, listening to music or playing the guitar - or at least learning how to play it :)
