I simply !0vE the atmosphere of being around fellow travelers. Not tourists, but travelers. There's so much to learn about other cultures (and my own) through other people so I figured why limit it to whenever I'm out traveling myself when I can have some immersion right at home as well. I've hosted quite a few amazing friends I've met during my travels so it's been suggested that I should make it "official" by hosting other good travelers in our humble apartment via CS.

How much time do you have? I could talk and geek out on these subjects for days! But basically, with music, I listen to everything from Indonesian psych to Scandinavian black metal and everything in between. For films, I stream most stuff from Draken Film and I frequent single-screen cinemas (especially the really old ones). I read a bit of everything, but lately I've been into a lot of magical realism.
