I'm a student of law and political science in Beirut in Lebanon, and like most people on this website, I'm interested in the fascinating exchanges that can happen when people from all over the world share an appartement, a drink, an experience or an idea. I'm involved in the civil society here and participate in youth activism platforms. But all and all I'm simply very interested in politics, History, cultures and ideas in general so I'm always down for a passionate but rational debate around a glass of wine. Like most Lebanese people I'm fluent in Arabic, French and English while trying to improve my Spanish and having any Spanish speaking guest stay with us would be great ! I live and study in Beirut so I could show you around the good places to eat, to drink and to party !

I love hip-hop, groovy music, progressive rock, classical music, arabic music, electronic (Ibrahim Maalouf, Noir Désir, Kendrick Lamar, Hello Psychaleppo, Lutfi Bouchnak etc). I really can't choose a favorite movie, I love Lebanese independent films but I also like Moonrise Kingdom or Into the Wild. I used to read voraciously, now I'm starting to read less and less novels because I don't have that much time. I really like The Fourth Wall, Sorj Chalandon or Samarcande by Amin Maalouf.
